Classes Offered: We offer three types of yoga classes . Vinyasa Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga, synchronizing breath with movement. These vigorous classes will help build strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Gentle Our gentle classes are ideal for beginners and seasoned yoga practitioners looking for a slow, mindful practice. Gentle classes are slowly paced, gently stretch the body and help ease you into the day or wind down for the evening. Restorative Restorative yoga is a restful style of yoga. The gentle poses in this classes are held for several minutes, allowing the body to melt into the poses and release tension. Lots of props are used to create comfort in each pose. Kids Kids love yoga and its so good for them too! We use storytelling, games, music, dance and more to create fun, lively, engaging classes for toddlers to teens. Kids yoga helps improve self esteem, increases compassion and helps instill healthy habits for good health and stress reduction. Partner Everything is more fun when we do it together. Grab a partner or come solo and learn how doing yoga with a partner enhances our connection to others and allows us to reach new heights in our yoga practice.
