Hit pause on the non-stop craziness of life and join us for a peaceful afternoon exploring the power of yoga and meditation.
In this “Peace Out” workshop, you’ll learn basic meditation techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure as well as improve your mood, concentration, sense of peace and well being.
What to Expect (aka how we find our peaceful, happy place)
— A gentle yoga practice for all levels, including beginners
— Breathing techniques to energize the body and calm the mind
— Simple meditation techniques to cut loose stress and anxiety and enhance mental clarity
— A community of peace-loving individuals looking to better themselves and their lives through yoga and meditation
This workshop will give you the tools to add meditation to your daily routine and an understanding of how meditation positively impacts your physical, mental and emotional health.

What to bring:
An open heart and mind, water and a yoga mat if you have one.
What to wear:
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. We practice in bare feet. However, socks are allowed.

Street parking is available.
